ZCH is committed to providing students with every opportunity to reach their goals through fun, competitive-peer to peer- activities. Summer learning is essential to one's health, remediation, and enrichment academically while implementing recreational base fun.

5th-11th grade did a Hands-On Activity, where they had to follow precise directions using science and mathematical strategies in order to develop the finished product, kinetic sand!!
Special thank you to Mr. Taren for giving our campers a little history lesson on how the continents were created. They were so intrigued!
Our 5th-11th graders are very competitive!! Things got heated as they played a fun relay game in the gym. Hmmm... I wonder who won?

Amir is an outstanding student, always answering questions and willing to help his peers with their sight words and math questions. Amir loves to talk and express how he feels about a situation. He’s a joy!
He has been working with the 3rdgraders since summer camp has started and excelling and he’s actually going to the 2nd grade! His behavior has also improved greatly. He is a huge help in the classroom by being a great example to his fellow classmates.
Samara has shown amazing improvement especially in math! Her skills have sky rocketed! Her communication with her counselor as well as her classmates has improved also! She strives every day to get her work done and is an amazing student!
This week Shania has gone above and beyond to obtain knowledge to help her become successful. She has demonstrated great leadership and been a role model for the other students
Gerron has started his own small business making and selling bracelets! He has also shown the most improvement in learning skills to offer great customer service!
